The hotel owners went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable and helped us with directions and recommendations. The places they recommended were excellent and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very friendly staff and immaculate room. Absolutely lovely.

Perfect combination of hendreds of years old building and clean, modern design. The host was extremely nice qnd helpful.

Unfortunately we only stayed for one night. The small hotel was just amazing. I would have loved it to travel the rest of our journey through Italy with us. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The owner helped with our luggage when we arrived and gave us tips for what to see in Genoa. The room was very stylish, clean and large at an amazing price. Small breakfast was provided with self-service.

Small intimate accommodation - perfect - couldn't fault anything. Felt very welcome and nothing was too much for the staff. Immaculately clean and beautiful décor. Excellent value for money. Thank you

Dall'accoglienza via mail, prima dell'arrivo, alle risposte telefoniche per trovare parcheggio. E soprattutto durante il nostro soggiorno, con una presenza discreta, disponibile e sempre molto cortese. La famiglia De Vita ha dimostrato davvero di saperci fare, anche nei consigli su cosa vedere e cosa (e dove) mangiare. Gli ambienti sono poi davvero speciali, appena messi a nuovo ma dal sapore di storia (trovandosi all'interno di un palazzo tanto antico). Arredi scelti con grande gusto e finiture notevoli. Colazione OK, con brioches fresche, succhi ... e soprattutto focaccia genovese appena sfornata ogni giorno. Il TOP. Bravi e a presto!

Очень удобно географически-исторический центр с огромным выбором ресторанов и кафе;очень стильно и чисто в номерах;очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные хозяева;абсолютно современно внутри и классически по-генуэзски снаружи;вывеска «карабинер» на фасаде гарантирует 100% безопасность!!!Были в Генуи пятый раз,останавливались в разных отелях и апартаментах-это место лучшее во всех номинациях!!!
